Sabeline has been a star from the beginning, going Winners Bitch at the Borzoi Club of Greater New York Specialty at the tender age of 9 months. Before that year was out, she had earned a second 5 point major, and finished with a third one and Best of Breed at a BCOA supported entry.

The next big honor came in 1992, when she received an Award of Merit at the National Specialty in Houston. Group wins and placements kept Sabeline in the Top 10 Borzoi nationally for several years, but the Specialty wins have been, well.... special.

In 1995, Sabeline was Best of Opposite Sex at the National Specialty in
Pennsylvania, defeating over 200 bitches. She is pictured below winning Best of Breed at the prestigious Borzoi Club of Delaware Valley event in New Jersey in 1996.

Sabeline was bred in 1997 to our Ch. Cordova Mishkova Tundra and produced:

Returning to the ring in October at the age of eight, Sabeline won the Veteran Sweepstakes at BCGNY, then the supported entry Best of Breed at Ramapo Kennel Club in New Jersey, and Best Veteran at the Potomac Valley Borzoi Club.

Sabeline was bred to Ch. Oaklara Shadow of the Moon in 1999 and produced:
