The second "Ch" Litter

Born July 29, 1995

Rembrandt was an early winner, taking 7 points as a puppy. He placed well at Specialties and Sweepstakes and earned his first major at 16 months.

Our friend Allison Morhard had been without a Borzoi for a year or so and convinced us that he would have a great life as an obedience and therapy dog

.

Chrystal was pointed at her first show as a puppy. She was second in the Bred By Exhibitor class to the eventual Winners Bitch at the 1997 National, and earned a second major in August. She finished in real style with BOB at the November BCOA Supported Entry in Ocala over 60 Borzoi and went on to place second in the Hound Group.

Chili started out young with a Best in Sweepstakes at a BCOA supported entry. She was co-owned with Marie Raymer and returned to live at our farm at age four.

Soon after, Chili was Best of Winners at the BCOA supported entry in Ocala for a five point major.

.

Chief finished in Ocala with back to back majors the first weekend of April. His class career included a Best of Breed over Specials. Chief was the third titlist from his litter.

Checkmate (Zemi) moved to Finland at age 7 months to live with Kirsi-Marja Metsanen of Kennel Palmikon. He earned his first Challenge Certificate shortly after his first birthday, and a second one in August. He finished with a third CC in September of 1998.

.

Mickey was Reserve at the November BCOA Support Entry in Ocala. She breezed through her minor points and received her first major on August 2nd. She became the first Borzoi Champion of 1999, and our 51st American Champion.
