Across the finish line

Lana, AKA Sylvan Silver Slipper, crossed the finish line this weekend in Yuma, Arizona for owners Randi Boysen-Carl and Lorrie Scott making her the 4th Sylvan Champion for 2016.

Our personal show ring time has been limited this year, but the vicarious thrills of the family wins have been a very nice substitute.

I was fortunate to photograph Lana earlier this year earning her first Junior Courser leg in California. She showed much of the form of her fast parents.
