We thought highly of Scotty (Ch. Sylvan Scotch and Soda) but since he was a single puppy, we repeated the breeding, hoping to get a girl. His mother gave us three boys and one girl, Nutmeg, well worth the wait.

Her show history...

Baby Nutmeg went to her first show at 7 months and won her class at a supported entry. At 10 months, she was Winners Bitch in Tallahassee for her first point.

​

Shown twice in June 2006, she was Winners Bitch or better both times. Shown twice in July, she earned two 4 point majors in good competition in Ohio. In August she was Best in Sweepstakes and Reserve at the summer Midwest Borzoi Club specialty. Her final points were earned the next weekend.

​

When Nutmeg was 8 years old, we showed her in Houston in big Borzoi competition. She won the Breed one day and BOS the next, earning 5 point Grand Champion majors.

​

Nutmeg's influence has been valuable to Sylvan through the few children she's produced for us.
